**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the configuration deployment and management of Azure resources to support business operations.
- Provide expert-level support for Active Directory including user management group policies and security configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the delivery of high-quality services.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Windows Server Administration with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing and configuring Azure resources.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory Administration including user and group management.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Have experience in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Show a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
