**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to finance, accounts, and business operations.
- Work with accounting data to track expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for ledger management, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- Automate reports using Excel, or other data management tools for efficiency.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with different departments to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
- Support management in decision-making by providing financial insights and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as an **MIS Executive** or in a similar role with an **accounting background**.
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Knowledge of **SAP, or any accounting software** is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Ability to manage large datasets and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
