**Job Description: Telecaller for Flipkart (voice process)**

**Location**: Delhi

**Salary**: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month plus incentives(based on DSAT and CSAT) and 2700 of quarterly bonus

**Position**: Customer care Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Fresher and minimum 6 months of experience required in BPO or relevant field

**Age Requirement**: 18-35 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Answer questions about products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain records of conversations and customer details.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer rejection and remain patient.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
