Customer Process Associate

**Overview**:
The Customer Process Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the customer process. They are responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow standardized processes to handle customer orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and records with accurate information.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to customer service policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback analysis to gather insights for service enhancement.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives and sharing best practices.
- Monitor and report on customer service KPIs and performance metrics.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure customer interactions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing customer needs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
