**Job Description: Senior Accountant (CA Inter)**

**Location**:Worli, Mumbai**

**Travel**: Open to site visits within Maharashtra (once a month/when required)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting**:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and finalize accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- **GST Compliance**:

- File GST returns timely and accurately.
- Handle GST reconciliations and address discrepancies.
- **TDS Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and filings.
- Maintain TDS records and resolve related queries.
- **Audits**:

- Conduct internal, statutory, and stock audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Oversee vendor accounts, payment schedules, and reconciliations.
- Address vendor queries and manage relationships effectively.
- **Site Visits**:

- Conduct monthly site visits within Maharashtra to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- CA Inter with relevant experience in accounting, compliance, and audits.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to travel within Maharashtra as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ACCOUNTS FINALISATION: 3 years (required)
- EXCEL: 2 years (required)
- Vendor management: 1 year (required)
- Accounting: 5 years (required)
- Tally: 5 years (required)
- FILING TDS: 3 years (required)
- FILING GST: 3 years (required)
