**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to stop-customers via phone, electronic mail, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and clear up hardware, software program, and community troubles.
- help users with machine setup, software program set up, and configuration.
- record assist requests, answers, and song ordinary issues.
- Collaborate with IT groups to expand and solve more complicated issues.
**Requirements**:
