**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical verifications.
- Ensure timely updating of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP).
- **Material Handling**:

- Receive and inspect raw materials, chemicals, and packaging items as per specifications.
- Issue materials to production based on daily requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling and segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), and other relevant documents.
- Maintain stock registers and submit daily/monthly stock reports to management.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Follow and enforce SOPs related to material storage and handling.
- Coordinate safe disposal of expired or unused chemicals as per company policies.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with procurement, production, and quality control departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and returns.
- **System & Process Improvement**:

- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Suggest improvements in storage layout and stock handling practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com/B.Sc). A diploma or certification in Material Management is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in store operations, preferably in a chemical or paint manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word).

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and MSDS.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory-based role with exposure to chemical materials.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Physically demanding at times, requiring lifting and moving of materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,124.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
