**Job Description for Office**:
**We are looking for an Office Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's daily operations. The Operations Admin's responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring the correct ordering of supplies, seeing to the maintenance and replacement of operational equipment, and liaising with external vendors.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean and safe office environment for the employees and visitors.
- Coordinate between the building facility management team and our operations team for the smooth functioning of the Office.
- Manage allocation of access cards, parking lots, and other assets and keep the tracker up to date
- Maintain track of all company assets that are allocated to employees and keep safe custody of all the unallocated and returned assets.
- Manage all the physical and cloud-based company assets as per the instructions from the Head of Operations and Management.
- Keep a track of all inward and outward movement of posts, couriers, assets, and other items.
- Research and source vendors for various projects and manage the assigned vendors.
- Interact with internal and external (vendors etc.) stakeholders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with the vendors and get the project requirements fulfilled within the deadline.
- Coordinate and manage entry and exit of visitors and visitor parking in the premises.
- Maintain policy and procedure documents.
- Update trackers and other documents on a regular basis and ensure accurate information is available throughout.
- Keep a track of all vendor payments and ensure payment is done on or before the due date.
- Maintain the tracker for monthly parking, daily parking, and visitor parking, and update it to HR as per the need.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Train new employees and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Operations or Management from time to time
Experience Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience as an office admin/office operations specialist or in a similar role.
- Should be able to commute independently to office, must have an individually owned vehicle
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Acts with urgency and takes ownership
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
