Job Description: Junior Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using Tally software.

2. Handle bank entries, including and preparing deposits.

3. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

4. Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions.

5. Perform general administrative tasks, data entry, and basic correspondence.

6. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

7. Collaborate with the senior accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

.8 Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Tally software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).

3. Prior experience in handling bank entries and basic accounting functions is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

5. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.

6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

7. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

8. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

10. Willingness to adapt to changes and take on new responsibilities as required.

- Office timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
