**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to specific industries, roles, and career levels (entry to executive).
- Translate complex career histories into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Conduct client intake consultations (via phone, video, or written forms) to gather relevant career data, goals, and achievements.
- Edit and revise drafts based on client and internal feedback to ensure the highest quality.
- Stay updated on best practices for resume writing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring trends.
- Provide coaching and advice to clients on career positioning, personal branding, and job search strategies as needed.
- Maintain high output while meeting strict deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to align writing materials with organizational standards and hiring strategies.
- Support special projects such as internal resume databases, executive bios, and talent marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional resume writing, career coaching, recruiting, or HR experience.
- CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) or similar credential is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including proofreading, storytelling, and strategic positioning.
- Familiarity with ATS optimization and best practices for resume formatting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times.
- Client-focused attitude, with excellent interviewing and needs-assessment skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with clients across diverse industries and career levels.
- Knowledge of SEO and LinkedIn optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
