Job Description: The job reports to our US based company, Serigor Inc. an IT Services, and IT Staffing firm. We are looking for an experienced Resume Writer to support our IT Staffing team to submit well-groomed and tailored resumes matching the job descriptions to our clients. As an IT Resume Writer, you will be responsible for creating and tailoring resumes for various IT positions such as Software Developers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and other related IT / Tech positions. Your primary objective will be to help job seekers stand out from the crowd by creating compelling, targeted, and personalized resumes. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit resumes for IT professionals in a variety of roles, including software developers, technical architects, business analysts, DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, and others. Tailor resumes to match job descriptions and requirements, highlighting relevant skills, experience, and achievements. Consult with candidates to refine their personal brand and messaging in their resume, ensuring that their unique value proposition is communicated effectively. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in resume writing and career coaching. Continuously improve the quality of your work by seeking feedback from your peers and integrating it into your writing process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in professional resume writing and editing, with a focus on IT roles.
