**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following and establishing EHS protocols in the workplace.
- Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as planned by the Production head.
- Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment.
- Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant.
- Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI
- Shift wise manpower allocation and machine planning for proper utilization of resources
- Daily coordination with departmental heads of production, maintenance, quality & dispatch and SCM
- Meeting the quality & efficiency parameters of product following SOP/Work Instructions.
- Meeting all departmental KPIs and Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Stock management of raw materials, chemicals and Finished Goods.
- Providing necessary training to departmental workers.

**Profile/ Competencies**:
Education and Experience requirements:
12th & ITI / Graduation with 1-3 Yrs of experience in the manufacturing unit.

Experience in operation & process controls of mixing and batching plant and material handling are must.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:

- Well-organized and able to handle multiple priorities and flexible
- Creative mind-set, self-starter, team player,
- Ability to interpret basic operational data like
- Good communication, able to facilitate discussions and give training
- Computer literate with basic of Excel and Google drive
