We are looking for a **Social Media Manager/Executive** to spearhead our online marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and help drive the sale of premium retail shop units in our state-of-the-art shopping complex.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to attract investors and buyers.
- Create high-quality content tailored to our brand and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions.

**You qualify in the following**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, especially for real estate or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent communication, design, and video editing capabilities
- Great content creation and analytical skills.
- Passion for creativity and marketing trends.
