**Job Description**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business scenarios, growth opportunities, and investment decisions.
- Provide financial insights and optics to guide executive-level strategic decisions.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s capital structure and liquidity position.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cash flow and funding gaps.
- Conduct continuous analysis of cash flow, revenue streams, and expenditure trends.
- Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to leadership, highlighting financial performance, variances, and actionable insights.
- Lead the financial planning process, ensuring the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligns with organizational objectives and growth targets.
- Integrate business guiding principles and financial discipline into all planning and decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance requirements in financial planning and execution.
- Support audits, due diligence, and risk assessments as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and strategic teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing clarity and actionable recommendations.

**Preferred Experience**
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in industries like Infrastructure, Real Estate
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles, risk management, and capital budgeting.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, Excel, and financial software/tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
