We are looking for a **social media marketing specialist** who can contribute **to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.**

**Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to our Target Audience.
- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Repurpose and promote blog articles, videos, and other assets on social media channels.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Assist in the development of the overall social media strategy and calendar in alignment with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize the social media strategy.
- Monitor and engage with followers, comments, and messages across social media platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Implement strategies to grow the company's social media followers, reach, and engagement.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Use social media analytics tools to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- The Social Media Executive must know how to make Simple Creatives /Videos
- Medium Skill in Graphic Designing (canva would do)
- Online reputation monitoring social media, review sites, forums, blogs and other online platforms to track mentions of our brand, products, and key personnel.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
