Our goal is to craft visually stunning, engaging experiences that push the boundaries of gaming design. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Game Asset Creation**: Design and create visually captivating game assets, including character models, environments, UI elements, and more, ensuring consistency with the overall aesthetic and game style.
- **Branding & Marketing**: Develop marketing materials such as banners, posters, logos, and promotional graphics that reflect the game’s visual identity and brand.
- **Collaborate with Game Developers**: Work closely with developers, artists, and other designers to integrate visual elements into the game seamlessly.
- **UI/UX Design**: Contribute to the design of user interfaces (UI) and enhance the player experience by ensuring intuitive, visually appealing interactions.
- **Concept Art**: Create concept art and illustrations to help visualize ideas and communicate the artistic direction for characters, environments, and other game elements.
- **Maintain Consistency**: Ensure a consistent visual style across all platforms and media, staying aligned with the game’s artistic vision.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, trailers, and in-game cinematics, using video editing software.

**Required Tools & Skills**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is essential for creating high-quality 2D and 3D assets, animations, and video content.
- **3D Design Software**: Experience with 3D modeling and design tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D is highly desirable for creating 3D assets and environments.
- **UI/UX Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create and prototype user interfaces.
- **Game Engines**: Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine for integrating visual elements and optimizing assets for gaming environments is a plus.
- **Digital Illustration**: Proficiency in digital illustration techniques, utilizing tools such as Procreate, Corel Painter, or similar.
- **Version Control & Collaboration Tools**: Experience with tools like GitHub, Trello, or Slack to collaborate with the team and manage design versions and tasks.
- **Basic Animation**: Experience with 2D animation tools like Spine or Toon Boom is a plus for creating animated assets for the game.
- **Video Editing**: Experience with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to create engaging, high-quality videos for game promotions and marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Min 5 yrs of proven experience** as a Graphic Designer in the gaming, entertainment, or creative industry (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, composition) and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of current design trends in the gaming industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in character design, environmental design, and motion graphics for gaming.
- Knowledge of game development processes and workflows.
- Must have experience in graphic design for gambling games, such as Parimatch.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
