**Role: Billing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Billing for retail or wholesale customers
- Checking bank statement
- Preparation of ledger and sending ledger statement for outstanding amount to customers
- In sales return, checking gold weight, weight and number of diamonds with invoice or preparation of return estimate, obtain debit note from parties and issue credit notes
- Checking grading and gold rate daily
- Monitoring Cash balance
- Due bill payment to our account, making appropriate entries in cash book
- When items are returned, ensure quantity, weight of gold and diamonds, stone numbers are matched with invoice and prepare return estimate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
