**What you’ll be doing **

The Success Guide is responsible for helping to onboard new customers, grow customers’ value and improve adoption at scale. The Success Guide will engage with customers across all account segments globally, delivering 1: many programs and 1:1 success guidance to Tableau customers. They will partner with the entire account team to guarantee the highest level of customer experience. Success Guides play a crucial role in enabling our customers to drive adoption and provide the right recommendation at the right time, enabling customer value realization at scale.

This team operates 24x5 which can involve working during one of the below shifts (not limited to - shift timing can change)

AMER hours (Eastern Standard Time - 5.30 PM/ 6.30 PM IST or Pacific Standard Time - 9 PM/ 10 PM IST onwards depending on Day Light Savings Time)

EMEA hours - 12:00 PM/ 1 PM / 2 PM IST onwards depending on Day Light Savings Time

APAC hours - 5.30 AM IST onwards

Work hours can change depending on Business requirements

Some of the things you’ll be doing include
- Understand and research the Customer use case for buying Tableau and collaborate with Sales, pre Sales etc team to get a detail understanding of the use cases and success measures.
- Create a success plan for a new/expanding customer in collaboration with Success Guide.
- Set up meetings with Customers to introduce them to Success Hub and highlight the value proposition of this offering.
- Do a warm transfer of a Customer to Success Guide once all of the account details are flushed out.
- Create compelling vision and clearly communicate our Success Hub offering with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer’s investment in the Tableau Platform
- Create a positive impression with our customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Collaborating with business development and core selling teams on account strategy
- Utilize industry expertise and business acumen to understand a customer’s motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes
- Partner with the Customer Success ecosystem to ensure customers are optimizing their Tableau investment.

**Who you are **
- **Experience **. Relevant y ears of experience working with customers in the business intelligence and analytics space. Working knowledge of industry best practices and implementation experience of the salesforce product suite
- **Relentlessly High Standards. **Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support complex engagements. Has a passion for continued education in new technologies and complex business and technical concepts
- **A True Team Player. **Ability to collaborate with teams of all shapes and sizes while also being able to work independently as a self starter. Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure that customer gets maximum value out of the platform.
- **Domain. **Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure that customer gets maximum value out of the platform. Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance.
