**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **injection moulding machines** according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure proper **moulding conditions** to achieve quality output.
- Adjust **machine settings**, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to optimize production.
- Perform **routine maintenance** and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct **quality checks** on finished products and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain records of **production output, machine settings, and maintenance logs**.
- Follow **safety guidelines** and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with **supervisors and engineers** to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **Injection Moulding Operator** or a similar role in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of **injection moulding machines, tools, and troubleshooting techniques**.
- Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions**.
- Understanding of **plastics, resins, and material handling**.
- Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to **detail and quality control**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced production environment**.
- **Physical fitness** to handle machine operations and lifting requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Technology**.
- Certification or training in **Injection Moulding Technology**.
- Experience with **automated injection moulding machines**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
