**Associate Data Steward**

You will report to the Principal Data Steward.

**Technology You'll Use**:
Informatica MDM product, D&B Hoovers, Data Analyst

**What We'd Like to See**:

- Identify and resolve customer data quality issues by conducting data analysis, root cause analysis, and data cleansing activities
- Support Sales, Finance, and Customer Success operations by proactively identifying and rectifying data issues
- Liaison with IT to assess and prioritize data-related changes
- Increase quality, integrity, and reliability of customer data
- Create, publish, and manage documentation pertaining to customer master data

**Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do**:

- Deal with large amount of data in Informatica MDM, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP and other related systems for Customer Master. This includes data entry, updates, research and records reconciliation
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of master data records in the MDM system
- Day to day management of Customer Master and customer relationship management system with SLA's
- Review and fix customer data issues based on various internal audit reports, on a regular basis
- Perform Data Profiling and Data Cleansing using Informatica's MDM
- Create and maintain customer hierarchies in MDM by leveraging D&B data
- Perform research using D&B Hoovers, company websites and other external sources to validate and fix issues around customer hierarchies
- Develop recommendations for critical processes in collaboration with functional, operational, and technical partners to understand the impacts of changes within and across master customer data domains and impacts to downstream processes and transactions
- Drive and develop dashboards, reports and metrics

**Role Essentials**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2 + years of progressive experience in data analysis, data remediation and Master Data Management
- Expertise in maintenance of Master Data Management systems for mastering customer data
- Experience querying SQL databases is a plus
- Solid track record of business process development, documentation and improvement
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders
