**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Payment Follow-Up Executive** to manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables. The role involves communicating with clients/customers to follow up on overdue invoices, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding invoices and payment delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment statuses.
- Resolve billing disputes and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Generate and send payment reminders and statements of accounts to clients.
- Update customer payment information in accounting systems.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging reports, and recovery forecasts.
- Negotiate payment plans when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
