**Responsibilities**:
Sales:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide them with assistance.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.

Close sales transactions and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers to the showroom.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional displays.

Organize and participate in showroom events, such as product launches or promotional sales.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align showroom activities with overall marketing objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.

Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and product enhancement.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends.

Attend product training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Educate customers on product benefits and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
