**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and target potential students and corporate clients for our technical training programs.
- Create and present tailored proposals for corporate training programs and individual students.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads, prospects, and ongoing sales activities in CRM systems.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, flyers, and online content that highlight the institute’s offerings.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, workshops, and seminars to promote the institute’s courses.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective students, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide consultations and advice to students regarding course options, career paths, and training schedules.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely enrollment and address any concerns or questions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong understanding of technical training programs and certifications (such as IT, engineering, software, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Creativity in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address student concerns effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience in educational sales or marketing, particularly in the technical field.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus, depending on the institute's market reach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
