Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- **Sales Presentations**:Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products or services, understanding client needs to offer suitable solutions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to generate revenue.
- **Market Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and conduct market research.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- **Territory Management**:Travel to different locations within an assigned territory to meet clients and promote company offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience**: Proven experience in field sales or a similar outside sales role.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- **Organizational & Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a territory effectively.
- **Motivation & Independence**: A self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively and work outside of traditional business hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
