As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Performance Test Engineer** to help test the existing framework, and this will be in a rapid iterative development project. Needing someone who has a strong understanding of client-side performance.

**Role**: Performance Test Engineer

**Primary Skills**: Performance Testing, JMeter

**Experience**: 4-7 yrs

**Location**: Pune/Remote/Hybrid

**What you need to succeed**:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in **Performance Testing** and exposure to different Performance Testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent skills in Performance Testing using **JMeter**:

- Should be an expert in **Scripting, Test execution, Report Generation, and Analysis** **using the JMeter tool**:

- Hands-on experience in **monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting performance **bottlenecks
- Ability to work independently on project performance testing with mínimal supervision
- Good knowledge of 3-tier architecture, Application, and DB layer for a good understanding of the test environment
- Experience in Web, Web-services, and Middleware performance testing
- Experience in setting up the performance test environment, performance testing strategy, Workload Model creation, etc
- Understand the architecture and non-functional requirements
- Knowledge of Performance tuning
- Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide detailed technical design to meet requirements
- Ability to effectively present and share information across a wide array of technical expertise and seniority within the organization
- Take ownership of tasks and help set standards and drive delivery
- Identifying tools and techniques to improve testing quality and efficiency
- Develop performance test plan, test scripting, and conduct technical reviews
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability
- Plans, coordinates and manages a project's overall Performance testing approach, tool capabilities, and strategy
- Raise issues or concerns to the stakeholders upfront
- Collect all metrics (Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network, and Load Balancer) and analyze the performance metrics and bottlenecks to suggest corrective actions
- Design and create benchmark scenarios and prepare performance benchmark documents
- Prepare test summary reports for management review
- Evaluate the service level agreements
- Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience

**Good to have**:
Knowledge of AWS Cloud base Performance Testing Services

**Education Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, information technology or business information systems, or a related field
