**Position-**Openshift/Kubernetes Administrator

**Job Location-**Nagpur

**Qualifications-**Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree

**Experience -**2 years in OpenShift and 3 years to 4 years in Kubernetes Admin

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- On-boarding micro-services/container images in Kubernetes platform.
- Monitor the services and help in troubleshooting the issue in Kubernetes platform.
- Ensure the high availability of clusters and implement auto-scaling as necessary.
- Optimize resource usage and cost.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of issues in the Kubernetes environment.
- Upgrade Kubernetes Platform as and when required
- Implementing context-based Routing as and when Required
- Upgrading Ingress Platform as and when required
- Alert Setup and actions based on alerts
- Incident investigation & diagnosis
- Engage required specialized team (e.g., Network, Dev, L3 etc.)
- Create & update runbooks
- Work with OEM Support and ensure resolution of issues reported
- Problem management through analysis of Incident Records, operational logs etc.- Monitor and tune the performance of Kubernetes clusters.
- Remediate security violations as identified by the customer’s security team.
- Implement and enforce security policies and standards & Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Quarterly Health Check Audits
- Optimization based on Health Checks
- Participate in the planning and re-design of Kubernetes architecture.
- Check compatibility of various Kubernetes components and create an upgrade/migration plan
