**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform social media strategy.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends to continually improve strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Any graduate can apply, marketing background is not mandate).
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective features.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Location: BTM, Layout Duration: 3 Months Stipend: 15K/Month This opportunity will kickstart your marketing journey to a whole new level.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
