The Finance Controller will oversee and manage all financial activities within the organization. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Develop, implement, and manage budgets. Provide timely and accurate forecasts of financial performance.
- **Internal Controls & Compliance**: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- **Financial Analysis**: Perform detailed financial analysis and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving the company’s financial health.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee cash flow planning and management to ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
- **Audit Coordination**: Coordinate the annual audit process, working with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- **Tax Planning & Compliance**: Ensure proper tax planning and ensure the timely filing of tax returns.
- **Team Management**: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- **Cost Management**: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency to improve profitability.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. M.Com or MBA Finance preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), Excel, and other accounting tools.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

**Additional Information**:

- This role may require occasional travel.
- Flexible working arrangements may be available.
- Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
