**Roles and Responsibilities : -**
- Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, firewall, router, printer etc.
- Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must be required.
- Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, Mail Configuration, Data Migration etc.
- Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google drive etc.
- Resolving queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined areas.
- Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem.
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine.
- Providing assistance on Windows Power Shell, setting up Network Printer/Scanner, Data
- Recovery, Local Lan Setup (Punching IO, Crimping Cat6 Cables along with Wall Mounted.
- Issues/Problems.
- Back Up Management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
