**Graphic Designer**

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful design, storytelling, and visual craft. Someone who understands how brands communicate and can turn strategy into compelling visual experiences — across print, digital, and motion. If you live for good typography, balance aesthetics with function, and can adapt your design style across diverse brands, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design Execution: Create visually engaging layouts, brand assets, and campaign creatives

across multiple platforms — social, print, web, and outdoor.
- Brand Communication: Understand brand identities and maintain consistency across all

visual touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, Copywriters, and Strategists to bring

creative concepts to life.
- Campaigns & Visuals: Contribute to brainstorming and produce fresh visual directions for

brand campaigns and product launches.
- Production Support: Prepare final artworks for print, digital, and video; ensure timely

delivery and accuracy.
- Adaptability: Handle a wide range of projects — from high-end lifestyle brands to

youth-centric campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative or advertising

agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, layout sense, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects or Figma is a plus).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset — open to feedback, collaboration, and learning.
