Social Media Strategist

**Responsibilities**:

- Team leadership
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
