**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments via field visits, calls, and other communication channels.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues as per the collection target assigned.
- Negotiate and resolve payment issues with customers professionally.
- Maintain records of collections and submit daily/weekly reports to the branch manager.
- Repossess assets (if required) following the company policy and legal guidelines.
- Coordinate with the legal team for escalation of critical or non-cooperative cases.
- Maintain cordial relationships with customers and ensure a positive company image.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in collections, recovery, or field sales (NBFC/BFSI sector preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with local geography and routes
- Basic understanding of finance and EMI recovery
- **License**: Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must
