Store Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly **Store Sales Associate** to join our apparel retail team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection, and supporting overall store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apparel collections, promotions, and offers.
- Ensure merchandise is well-displayed and the store is visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and customer queries with professionalism.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and backroom organization.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior retail or sales experience (apparel/fashion preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and POS handling skills.

**Education**:

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
