We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. With your expertise in magazine production and a keen eye for detail, you will oversee the end-to-end production process of both print and digital content. You’ll work closely with editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality publications. Key Responsibilities:
Production Coordination:

- Manage the production process for all magazine titles, ensuring timely delivery and high
- quality output.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from content creation to final publication for both print and online formats.

Zoho Management:

- Input and import orders into the Zoho CRM system.
- Generate copy chase reports and track order progress.
- Set issue dates, update issue statuses, and ensure all timelines are met.

Copy-Chasing (Print & Multimedia):

- Coordinate with clients to obtain materials for both print and digital publications.

QPS (Quality Production System):

- Upload advertisements and banners for each issue or month into the production system.
- Monitor and manage ad placements to maintain consistent visual and editorial quality.

Flat-Plan Management:

- Set up and maintain flat plans for each issue, ensuring that ad placements and editorial

content are appropriately organised.
- Use colour coding, approve flat plans, and ensure that ad placements are correctly allocated.

Production Proofreads:

- Collaborate with editorial teams to secure content approvals before going to print.
- Perform meticulous proofreading of all pages, ensuring accuracy and consistency before

press.
- Work with designers to ensure corrections are made and final approvals are granted.

Website & SEO Monitoring:

- Ensure that editorial teams update digital content on the website daily.
- Review content for SEO performance, implementing necessary adjustments before

publication.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track statistics of online stories and report on performance to ensure continuous improvement

in audience engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to enhance editorial strategies.

Multimedia & Event Collateral:

- Support the creation and production of multimedia content and event collateral, ensuring all digital and print assets align with the company’s brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Production Coordinator role, preferably in the

publishing or media industry.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and production workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience in managing both print and digital content production, with a focus on SEO,

proofreading, and quality control.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and production management.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
