We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic German Language Trainer to join our team. As a Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language training programs to individuals or groups of learners. Your role will involve designing and implementing effective training modules, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback to help learners improve their language skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver German language training programs to individuals or groups, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.

Design and create training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, tailored to meet the specific needs of learners.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of learners' language proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them enhance their German language skills.

Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources, such as audiovisual aids, online tools, and interactive activities, to create an engaging and effective learning environment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches into the training programs.

Monitor and track learner progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and performance.

Collaborate with other language trainers and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging learner participation and intercultural communication.

Collaborate with other departments or teams to identify language training needs and provide support for language-related projects or initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Native-level fluency in German language, including excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with learners and colleagues.

Proven experience as a German language trainer or teacher, preferably in a professional or educational setting.

Strong knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Experience in designing and delivering customized training programs based on learners' needs and objectives.

Familiarity with a variety of language teaching methodologies and resources, including digital tools and multimedia materials.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.

Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and empowering learners to achieve their language goals.

A degree in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,653.88 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
