German / Spanish Chat Process Executive (B2 Level)
- Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Shift: Night Shift
- Salary Range: 5 LPA to 9 LPA
- Fluent in German / Spanish (B2 Level)
Provide customer support through chat in German and English

Assist customers with queries, concerns, and problem resolution

Utilize SAP or other relevant tools to address customer issues

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Shift Timings: Night shift with flexibility as per business requirements

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills in German / Spanish and English
- Familiarity with SAP or similar software is advantageous
- Job Type: Permanent or Contractual
