Job summary:
A telemarketer is in charge of calling prospective clients and giving rehearsed sales pitches about the company's services. They want to onboard potential customers or clients, set up appointments, or develop sales opportunities. To effectively sell the company's products, the telemarketer must possess good customer service, marketing, and communication abilities. To fulfil sales and performance targets, they must collaborate with team members and keep meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing business communications.

**Job Description**:

- Onboard prospective clients to introduce the business's services.
- To give the sales message and address objections, stick to a prepared script.
- Answer questions from customers, give information about the company's products, and describe product features.
- Data from customers are taken, payments are made, and client data is recorded.
- Surpassing or achieving defined goals.
- Keep accurate and thorough records of all interactions with customers and sales activity.

Job qualifications:

- equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Although not necessarily necessary, prior telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred.
- Outstanding linguistic and persuading skills.
- ability to stick to a script while accommodating customer feedback.
- powerful interpersonal abilities and the capacity to establish connection with clients.
- basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
