**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and operate all aspects of the procurement process on the GEM portal, including but not limited to:

- Creating and managing product/service catalogs.
- Posting tenders and bids.
- Evaluating bids and vendor selection.
- Generating purchase orders.
- Managing contract terms and conditions.
- Processing payments and invoices.
- Ensure all transactions on the GEM portal are in compliance with government guidelines, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all GEM portal activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, purchase, user departments) to gather requirements and facilitate the procurement process.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and address their queries related to GEM transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and policies of the GEM portal.
- Generate reports and provide insights on GEM portal activities as required.
- Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise during GEM portal operations.
- Assist in training internal stakeholders on GEM portal usage and best practices.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Experience in managing GEM portal operations and handling e-tendering
- Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and contract documents
- Strong understanding of GEM guidelines and compliance
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of procurement processes and sales support experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
