Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic **Customer Service Executive** with strong communication skills in Kannada to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support in Kannada, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude, prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proficiency in Kannada** (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Fluency in **Tulu or Konkani **is a pus
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
