**A Houston, Texas, USA based Logistics** **company is in need for Process Associates to work from our office in Kolkata** **and deal with its hiring program.**

As a **Process Associate **you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order
- Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively
- Work on Job Boards
- Manage listings on Job Portals
- Maintain Daily MIS reports

**Requisites**:

- A minimum of 2 years of international BPO related voice process experience is a pre-requisite
- Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity
- Previous Hiring experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to start immediately

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
