Job Description: Interior & Exterior Designer

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:
Create innovative designs for residential, commercial, and outdoor spaces that align with client requirements.

Develop comprehensive layouts, concepts, and 3D models for interiors and exteriors. **CAD and SketchUp Modeling**:
Use CAD software to produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and elevations.

Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp to present design concepts.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:
Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes.

**Project Execution**:
Oversee on-site implementation of designs to ensure quality and adherence to the design specifications.

Provide ongoing support and adjustments during the project lifecycle.

**Market Research & Trends**:
Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in interior and exterior design.

Suggest innovative ideas to improve aesthetics and functionality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in interior and exterior design with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, etc.) and SketchUp.

Knowledge of other 3D rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
