Ø Support the development of OHS policies and training programs.

Ø Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.

Ø Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Ø Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.

Ø Review existing policies and measures and update them according to legislation.

Ø Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.

Ø Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained.

Ø Conduct daily safety checks before work.

Ø Conduct safety meetings before work.

Ø Ensure all the labor/ staff are wearing appropriate safety equipment at site.

Ø Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity

Ø Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, etc.

Ø Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.

Ø Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.

Ø Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to top management.

Ø Maintain First Aid Box along with necessary medicines and instruments.

Ø Inform the Reporting Head for Non-Compliance of safety rules for NCR.

Ø Ensure all the emergency care available at site such as ambulance and other critical care numbers.

Ø Ensure labour are wearing the labour card at all times.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
