Experience years

Good Knowledge of the following:-

· Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

· Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

· Maintain records of safety inspections and incidents.

· Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees.

· Promote safety awareness through workshops and training programs.

· Investigate and report on all accidents and incidents.

· Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

· Maintain detailed records of all safety-related incidents.

· Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

· Coordinate and conduct emergency drills.

· Work closely with management and employees to promote a safe working environment.

· Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the development of safety initiatives.

· Prepare and submit safety reports to management.

· Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

· Certification in occupational safety is preferred.

· Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
