Job Description:
1.To be responsible for front line sales and marketing role fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions with other departments.

2.To be responsible for the proactive engagement with the existing and potential customers for the effective delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales, marketing, and branch profit.

3. To be responsible for an agreement with the Branch head, create and implement sales plans to grow income in target user market and geographic sectors.

4. To be responsible for identification of competitive threats and mapping the market gaps to underlying base of the company and propose appropriate action.

5. To be responsible for his/her own work planning against objectives set in agreement with the branch heads regional business head.

**Required Skills**:
I. Should be good team development and leadership skills.

II. Should have good knowledge of Tally & MS Office.

III. Should have good administrative knowledge, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

IV. Should have excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

V. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

VI. Should have current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
