**Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for various departments within the food company.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with internal policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure the company’s adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA).
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and food safety.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Present audit findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- **Collaboration and Training**:

- Work closely with various departments to understand their processes and challenges.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on internal controls and food safety practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Food Technology or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the food industry.
- **Certifications**: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Food Safety Auditor, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the food industry.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
