**Procurement of Raw Material**:Efficiently manage the procurement process for all raw materials required in the manufacturing of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are optimized.
- **Labor Management**: Lead, motivate, and manage labor forces effectively to ensure productivity and adherence to production schedules. Address labor concerns, allocate tasks based on skills, and implement labor-saving techniques.
- **Production Oversight**: Ensure that production activities are executed on time and to the desired quality standards. Monitor production processes, make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- **Experience in Stitching**:Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in stitching and garment manufacturing to oversee production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality of finished products.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational processes, including procurement, production schedules, labor records, and compliance documents. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.
- **Stock Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of stock levels for raw materials and finished products. Implement inventory management practices to ensure availability of materials and minimize overstock.
- **Quality Control**:Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
