Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, maintaining detailed sales records, and staying knowledgeable about HVAC products and industry trends. Key Responsibilities.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Proactively make outbound calls (cold calls) to identify potential clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- **Needs Analysis**: Use a consultative approach to understand customers' HVAC system requirements and challenges.
- **Sales and Service Presentation**: Clearly explain the features and benefits of HVAC AMC services, such as regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and system lifespan extension.
- **Quotation and Proposals**: Prepare service quotations and Annual Maintenance Contract proposals for clients based on their specific needs.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the sales process from initial contact through lead qualification, proposal presentation, and contract closing.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain updated customer information in a database, record call details, and track sales activities.
- **Database Management**: Update customer information, such as contact details and service histories, in the CRM system.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process sales orders for AMCs and other services.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that would benefit the client.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with field sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and provide qualified leads.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies within the HVAC sector.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve services and products.
