Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information about academic programs, admissions requirements, deadlines, and campus life.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, showcasing academic facilities and student services.
- **Application Guidance**:

- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Represent the institution at various recruitment events such as college fairs, school visits, and online webinars.
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting students from specific regions or academic disciplines.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, educational agencies, and community organizations to promote the institution.
- **Application Processing and Evaluation**:

- Provide recommendations for admission based on individual student profiles and the institution's standards.
- **Counseling and Advice**:

- Offer counseling services to students regarding program selection, academic pathways, and career outcomes.
- Assist students in understanding financial aid options, including scholarships, grants, and loan information.
- Help students navigate the transition to college by providing resources for housing, orientation programs, and student support services.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with faculty, department heads, and other administrative teams to stay updated on program offerings, admission requirements, and policy changes.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., financial aid, student affairs) to ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
- Participate in regular meetings with the admissions team to share insights, review strategies, and refine processes.
- **Follow-up and Conversion**:

- Assist in converting accepted students into enrolled students by addressing concerns and providing additional resources or incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
