Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Conduct informational sessions, school visits, and open houses to promote the institution’s programs.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, career expos, and community events.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Communicate admissions decisions to applicants in a professional and timely manner.
- **Advising and Counseling**:

- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students to help them choose the right programs and courses.
- Assist students in understanding financial aid options, scholarships, and tuition details.
- Address queries related to campus life, academic requirements, and career prospects.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and enrollment statistics.
- Analyze trends to improve recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with faculty, department heads, and alumni to facilitate prospective student interactions.
- Assist in organizing events like campus tours, webinars, and orientation programs.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, admission standards, and government regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling student data and records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buxar, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
