We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive **Counsellors** who will speak with **students and their parents** over the phone to explain the benefits of our **career grooming and guaranteed placement program in the banking sector**, run in association with the **NIIT Group**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call students and parents from our database to explain the training and placement program
- Clearly communicate program features, benefits, duration, and career outcomes
- Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and with empathy
- Build interest and encourage walk-ins or online enrollment
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Work closely with counselors and team leads to meet weekly and monthly targets

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or counseling preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls
- Good listener with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-up tracking
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
